📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and edit technical documents, manuals, and guides for our products and services.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure that the documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
  • Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and edit promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all documentation is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a clear and concise writing style.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
