📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly and professionally.
• Assisting with the preparation of food and drinks as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Promoting our menu items and special offers to enhance sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
