📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal product availability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of store marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective store operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
