📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
