Cloud Prime Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.,Manage kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
