Go Life Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead General Affairs to join our team in Garut. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facility management, and office supplies.,Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability and cost efficiency.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Handle employee relations matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
