In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advising on corporate and strategic deals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic legal guidance to the business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and strategic deals, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.,Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.,Conduct due diligence on potential business partners and transactions.,Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.,Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior legal staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably in corporate or strategic deals.,Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
