Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge,Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
