Primus@ Knowledge Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory of spare parts, ensuring that we have the right parts on hand to meet customer demand and maintain our equipment. You will also be involved in the logistics of getting parts to our customers, ensuring that they receive their parts in a timely and efficient manner.

Manage and maintain our inventory of spare parts, ensuring that we have the right parts on hand to meet customer demand and maintain our equipment.,Oversee the logistics of getting parts to our customers, ensuring that they receive their parts in a timely and efficient manner.,Work with our sales and service teams to ensure that we have the parts needed to support our customers.,Develop and implement procedures for managing our inventory and logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new parts as needed.,Track and report on inventory and logistics performance metrics.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that we have access to the parts we need and that we are getting the best possible prices.,Ensure that our inventory and logistics operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics, preferably in the spare parts industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.,Familiarity with the automotive or industrial spare parts industry is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to support our customers and suppliers.
