📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium teas and beverages using Nespresso machines and commercial espresso grinders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Stock and manage inventory levels of tea, coffee, and other beverages.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the café equipment.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or restaurant setting.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
