📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly.,Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in system administration.,Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.,Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.,Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.,Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
