📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
• Provide training and guidance to production teams on best practices and new methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
