📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against budgeted figures.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Provide financial support to other departments, as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure that our financial processes comply with these requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with experience in a contract position preferred.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
