Sentral Rama Fruit is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and a passion for delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
