📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the quality control processes for garment manufacturing, ensuring adherence to international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify and address quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor junior quality control staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading quality control teams and improving quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and quality control software, such as SAP QM or similar systems.
