📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Oversee payroll and benefits administration,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
