Zone Life Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.,Handle employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
