Easy Diamond Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you have a passion for HR and a desire to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary issues.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
