🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten or a similar role.
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other staff.
• Passion for fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in young children.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
