📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure product availability and display.
  • Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control.
  • Assist in the organization of retail events and promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in a similar role).

  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
