Space Urban Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. You will work closely with senior management to ensure a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations,Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals,Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HRIS and other HR software,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
