GRID Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Jatinegara, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and safely. You will work closely with our team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of pharmacy practice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all medications are dispensed accurately and safely, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.,Work closely with pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of pharmacy practice.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and place orders for medications and supplies as needed.,Train and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and industry trends, and implement new procedures and protocols as needed.,Ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, and that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these requirements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies.,Valid pharmacy license and certification, as required by applicable laws and regulations.
