Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to logistics staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
