📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of quality products and services.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure that the company is getting the best value for money.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business objectives.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential suppliers and stay up-to-date with industry trends.,Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
