📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including medical assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and nursing assistants.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or similar role.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and treatments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO and Joint Commission International (JCI).
