📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.,Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials.,Create and maintain detailed recipes and production schedules.,Conduct quality checks and taste tests to ensure product quality.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Experience with recipe development and innovation is a plus.
