📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Recommend menu items and provide information about specials and promotions.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
