You will work closely with top-tier engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public utilities.

As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the geotechnical aspects of projects, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work with advanced geotechnical software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Plaxis, and GeoStudio, and collaborate with local and international teams to drive project success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee geotechnical investigations and site assessments for major infrastructure projects.
• Manage project schedules and timelines using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and project managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies for project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in geotechnical engineering and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in geotechnical software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Plaxis, and GeoStudio.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
