📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage overdue payments and collections for travel and tourism services.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve payment disputes with customers.
• Monitor and report on collections activities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve collection rates.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Update and maintain customer records and payment information.
• Analyze collection trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or financial roles, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
