Databricks is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Order to Revenue Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Order to Revenue (O2R) compliance process, ensuring that all sales orders are accurately and efficiently converted into revenue. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of sales processes, revenue recognition, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in O2R compliance, with a strong background in financial reporting and a proven ability to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Order to Revenue compliance process, ensuring accurate and efficient conversion of sales orders into revenue.,Develop and implement strategies to improve O2R compliance, including process improvements, training, and technology solutions.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to drive alignment and ensure compliance.,Monitor and report on O2R compliance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in O2R compliance, and drive innovation in the process.,Provide leadership and guidance to the O2R compliance team, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.,Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and revenue recognition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in O2R compliance, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring compliance.,Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.,Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, and drive alignment and collaboration.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.,Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the O2R compliance process.,Experience with revenue recognition and financial reporting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems.
