As a Final QC Specialist, you will conduct thorough inspections and testing of electromedical equipment, including MRI machines, X-ray systems, and other critical devices. Your daily tasks will involve verifying product specifications, performing functional tests, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 13485 and IEC 62304. You will work closely with manufacturers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections on electromedical equipment, including MRI machines, X-ray systems, and other critical devices.
• Conduct functional and performance tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report any defects or non-compliance issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Ensure all quality control processes adhere to ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control procedures and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on quality assurance matters.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control protocols and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control, particularly in the electromedical equipment industry.
• Certification in ISO 13485 or relevant quality management systems.
• Familiarity with IEC 62304 and other relevant international standards.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as SAP QM, TÜV NORD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
