📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the dealership network.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Mitsubishi vehicle models, features, and promotions.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns to promote Mitsubishi vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with Mitsubishi vehicles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
