📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, from origination to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage and monitor loan portfolios, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure financial stability.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless loan processing, including credit analysis, underwriting, and documentation.
• Utilize loan management systems such as SAP and Oracle to track loan statuses, disbursements, and repayments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve loan operations efficiency and reduce processing times.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of loan operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Provide training and support to loan officers and other staff on loan operations procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan operations, with a focus on restructuring, disbursement, and repayment processes.
• Proven experience with loan management systems such as SAP and Oracle.
