📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Handle legal matters related to employment, ensuring all practices are compliant.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in HR or legal compliance is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
