As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and book corporate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure they are within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the travel process.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends and industry developments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of travel strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel services and packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel management or a related role.
• Proficient in using travel management systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Strong knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local travel regulations and customs in Bali is a plus.
