📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook plant-based dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure high-quality meals.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to develop and improve menu items.
Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate food preparation.
Stay updated on the latest trends in plant-based cuisine and incorporate new techniques into daily operations.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a plant-based or vegetarian setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Familiarity with kitchen tools and equipment, including but not limited to blenders, food processors, and grills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Enthusiasm for sustainable and plant-based cuisine.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.
